I recently started doing my own gel nails since it's too expensive to go to a salon(40-50 bucks a pop!). Some people save money making coffee at home(which I already do), my saving hack is doing my own manicures. I picked up the supplies for literally the cost of 1 gel manicure. This was a bit extra on top of that, but its worth the price. My one issue is I hate using a nail file. I don't like the sound or feel of it. It's pretty much nails on a chalkboard to me, ew! This is so much faster and less grating on my nerves as far as sound and feel. Plus, it's a lot faster. I love that it's small and rechargeable. No wires getting in your way when you're using it. The oscillation technology seems less taxing on the nail, a traditional emory board can tear and damage the nail pretty easily. The replacement heads are 10 bucks for 2 sets which is a nice price. I absolutely love this and would consider it a must have for at home manicures!

I wasn’t expecting to like this as much as I do. It makes doing my natural nails so fast. I used to spend an hour doing a mani pedi. Now I can get it done in half the time and without any accidental ouchies on my cuticles. It’s so easy to just buff the cuticles away.
